Weekend experience - Pleasant, yet fun!

I'm noticing a pattern in my weekends that are a little different than they were a few months ago. Before, I was going out a lot to clubs or shows with my girlfriend and, as we are saving on some more superfluous expenses, our outings have been more economical options, which is still fun.

One of our great leisure options is to go to a campus here in my city with a space to play sports, have a picnic, etc., but this time, the rain didn't allow that to happen. But that's okay, we have plenty of creativity to make the weekend a good one.

To begin with, on Saturday morning while doing some things in my yard, I realized once again how much my yard is full of life. Butterflies are reigning here. This is probably the right time for reproduction, as pupae are everywhere. It's becoming normal to see these beautiful creatures of nature flying from one place to another.

But leaving future butterflies aside, let's jump to Saturday's coolest event.

One of my best friends, @kaveira, was turning 24 years old. So me, my girlfriend (@xlety) and another friend planned a surprise party for him while he was in another city. Wow, it was a rush to get everything ready before he went home and the rain made our logistics of buying the necessary things to prepare for the surprise party very difficult.

It was all very simple, but it was from the heart. At the end of everything, he was very happy and even got emotional when he realized that we were waiting for him with this party.

But it didn't end there. As usual, whenever we get together, we play some game. This time it was Imagem e Ação, which basically involves miming while whoever is on your team tries to guess. Me and @xlety, who were on the same team, lost in a landslide, after opening up an incredible lead. But it's part of the game, we had a lot of fun this Saturday.

Well, Sunday was a little frustrating as the rain continued to fall. I took advantage of the fact that I didn't have much to do and went to watch some series. I'm watching Sons Of Anarchy and I'm on season three.

At the end of the day, the football team I support was going to play the semi-final of the championship against a less impressive team and I thought it would be an easy game. But even though it was a lower weight team, it wasn't playing in a semi-final just because of luck. We struggled from the beginning to the end of the game and we came up behind on the scoreboard playing at home.

But after a lot of struggle and emotion, my team managed to draw and everything will depend on the second game away from home to see if we will play in the final. The Sunday that started smoothly ended with my adrenaline soaring!

This was a little bit of my weekend and, as always, I love telling you how it was. Hopefully next weekend, the rain will take a few days off and allow us to enjoy some of the outdoors without getting wet.
