My journey in Splinterlands!

Splinterlands talvez tenha sido uma das minhas maiores descobertas no ano de 2021, não apenas pelo jogo em si, do qual sou apaixonado, mas também por ter sido o principal responsável por me levar a conhecer a blockchain Hive. É incrível como o destino pode ser, uma coisa leva a outra e encontrei duas paixões interligadas. Hoje vou compartilhar a história da minha jornada em Splinterlands, um acaso que vem dando certo e abriu muitas portas para a minha vida, de muitas formas imagináveis.

O começo...

Talvez a forma como eu tenha encontrado Splinterlands seja muito parecida com a de outros jogadores que estão aqui; era o ápice dos jogos Play 2 Earn, e todos queriam uma fatia do lucro que o mercado direcionado para esse novo estilo de jogo estava proporcionando. O porém de tudo isso que acontecia era que alguns jogos nem podiam ser chamados de jogos, ou então eram apenas golpes para atrair pessoas e encher os bolsos dos donos dos jogos. Quando encontrei Splinterlands, imaginei que seria só mais um jogo, mas logo fui descobrindo que era diferente do que eu estava acostumado.

No começo, apenas pensei em faturar, jogar e realizar o máximo de lucro que fosse possível; essa era a lógica que via acontecendo em todos os outros jogos: entre, faça seu lucro antes que tudo desmorone e você fique no prejuízo. Com o passar do tempo e conhecendo mais a fundo o jogo, eu decidi que aqui era um jogo no qual eu poderia depositar minhas fichas para o longo prazo. Fiquei surpreso com a dedicação das pessoas que estão à frente desse projeto, sendo pessoas engajadas com a comunidade e abertas a propostas de uma forma mais democrática. Splinterlands se tornou meu jogo favorito desde então.

Rotina...

Comecei a jogar Splinterlands dia 1° de setembro de 2021. Já são dois anos e três meses de uma jogatina diária e muitas estratégias criadas. Fazia parte da minha rotina chegar do trabalho, comer algo, tomar um banho e sentar em frente ao computador para jogar minhas partidas e torcer para a sorte estar do meu lado na abertura dos baús. Recentemente, eu adquiri um bot para me ajudar nas batalhas, pois a partir desse ano meu tempo será reduzido para esse tipo de atividade. Infelizmente, mesmo sendo contra os bots, eu precisei engolir meu orgulho e me juntar ao grupo que utiliza. Mas ainda assim, eu jogo nos meus fins de semana e também quando encontro tempo depois do trabalho, até porque eu gosto de jogar, tenho prazer em fazer isso como uma forma de relaxar.

Ganhos...

Essa dedicação por todo esse tempo me rendeu muitas coisas. Um dos meus objetivos quando comecei a jogar e confiar no projeto foi construir meu próprio deck com cartas no nível da Liga Gold. Consegui muitas cartas através das recompensas que auxiliaram nessa construção, mas foi criando conteúdos como esse que você está lendo que consegui potencializar essa construção de um deck mais forte. Hoje posso dizer que tenho uma boa base de cartas para batalhar, que são minha propriedade, e ainda pretendo ir melhorando cada vez mais. E não imaginei que um investimento de apenas 10 dólares poderia me render recompensas generosas me divertindo; hoje tenho quase 1 mil dólares em cartas.

Além das cartas, eu possuo outros ativos dentro do jogo, sendo o principal uma land épica. Ainda está numa fase inicial, mas tenho boas expectativas de que me trará bons lucros daqui a algum tempo. Também tenho 12 mil SPS em stake, que vem aumentando dia após dia e que me ajuda na pontuação de recompensas dos baús e também me rendem ganhos passivos. Possuo um pouco de DEC e também uma boa quantidade de vouchers para ocasiões oportunas, além de uma infinidade de poções, haha!

Metas...

As minhas metas estão relacionadas ao acúmulo de mais ativos dentro do jogo. Quero comprar mais duas lands e aumentar a minha quantidade de SPS. Eu almejo 30 mil SPS em stake até o final desse ano. Ainda quero comprar algumas cartas e aproveitar que algumas delas estão bem baratas nesse momento, melhorar ainda mais meu deck e deixar algumas cartas na reserva para serem vendidas em uma possível valorização no futuro; eu acredito que isso possa acontecer em breve, quem sabe em mais alguns anos?

Conselho...

Se você, que está iniciando agora nesse universo, eu tenho um conselho para você: persistência e constância. Esses são ótimos métodos para te ajudar a construir um império de ativos começando do zero. Acumule cartas, estude o mercado, observe quais são as melhores estratégias e quais monstros têm potencial de valorização e segure-os. Eu acredito que esses foram os principais motivos que me levaram a ter o que tenho hoje dentro de Splinterlands e é o que vai me ajudar a conseguir ainda mais daqui a alguns anos!

Hello Splinters, welcome back!

Splinterlands was perhaps one of my biggest discoveries in 2021, not only because of the game itself, which I'm passionate about, but also because it was mainly responsible for getting me to know the Hive blockchain. It's amazing how destiny can be, one thing leads to another and I found two interconnected passions. Today I'm going to share the story of my journey in Splinterlands, a coincidence that has been working out and opened many doors for my life, in many ways imaginable.

The beginning...

Perhaps the way I found Splinterlands is very similar to other players here; it was the pinnacle of Play 2 Earn games, and everyone wanted a slice of the profit that the market driven by this new style of gaming was providing. The problem with all this that happened was that some games couldn't even be called games, or they were just scams to attract people and fill the pockets of the game owners. When I found Splinterlands, I imagined it would be just another game, but I soon discovered that it was different from what I was used to.

At first, I just thought about earning, playing and making as much profit as possible; This was the logic I saw happening in all the other games: get in, make your profit before everything falls apart and you end up at a loss. As time went by and I got to know the game more in depth, I decided that this was a game in which I could deposit my chips for the long term. I was surprised by the dedication of the people who are leading this project, being people engaged with the community and open to proposals in a more democratic way. Splinterlands has become my favorite game ever since.

Routine...

I started playing Splinterlands on September 1, 2021. It's been two years and three months of daily playing and many strategies created. It was part of my routine to get home from work, eat something, take a shower and sit in front of the computer to play my games and hope that luck would be on my side when opening the chests. Recently, I acquired a bot to help me in battles, as from this year onwards my time will be reduced for this type of activity. Unfortunately, even though I am against bots, I had to swallow my pride and join the group that uses them. But still, I play on my weekends and also when I find time after work, because I like playing, I enjoy doing it as a way of relaxing.

Earnings...

This dedication for all this time has given me many things. One of my goals when I started playing and trusting the project was to build my own deck with cards at the Gold League level. I obtained many cards through the rewards that helped in this construction, but it was by creating content like the one you are reading that I was able to enhance this construction of a stronger deck. Today I can say that I have a good base of cards to battle, which are my property, and I still intend to improve more and more. And I didn't imagine that an investment of just 10 dollars could earn me generous rewards while having fun; Today I have almost 1 thousand dollars in letters.

In addition to the cards, I have other assets within the game, the main one being an epic land. It's still in its early stages, but I have good expectations that it will bring me good profits in the near future. I also have 12 thousand SPS in stake, which is increasing day by day and which helps me score chest rewards and also gives me passive gains. I have some DEC and also a good amount of vouchers for opportune occasions, as well as a multitude of potions, haha!

Goals...

My goals are related to accumulating more assets within the game. I want to buy two more lands and increase my SPS amount. I aim for 30 thousand SPS staked by the end of this year. I still want to buy some cards and take advantage of the fact that some of them are very cheap at the moment, improve my deck even further and leave some cards in reserve to be sold for possible appreciation in the future; I believe this could happen soon, who knows in a few more years?

Advice...

If you are just starting out in this universe, I have some advice for you: persistence and constancy. These are great methods to help you build an empireio of assets starting from scratch. Accumulate cards, study the market, observe what the best strategies are and which monsters have appreciation potential and hold on to them. I believe that these were the main reasons that led me to have what I have today within Splinterlands and it is what will help me achieve even more in a few years!
