Olá Splinters, bem vindos novamente!!

Existem alguns combos que são avassaladores. Em nossas batalhas sabemos que em algum momento vamos enfrentar algumas estratégias poderosas criadas pelo nosso oponente. Algumas regras de batalha já dão uma pista do que vamos enfrentar e se preparar para isso é muito importante. Outra forma de fazer uma leitura, é observar o histórico de batalhas do nosso oponente antes da partida iniciar. Assim, é possível identificar algumas possibilidades e se preparar para isso.

Hoje eu trouxe uma batalha da qual meu oponente trouxe grande poder de fogo contra meu último monstro da linha de trás utilizando monstros com a habilidade Sneak. Vou mostrar como me preparei contra isso e consegui arrancar uma vitória fácil usando esse pontos citados acima. Vem comigo!!

Essa foi uma batalha da Liga Gold.

Nessa partida temos apenas 25 de mana para serem usadas, uma quantidade bem razoável que não dá muita liberdade de escolha para monstros com mana alta. Vai ser preciso escolher sabiamente cada monstro. Duas regras de batalha é o que temos: Armored Up e Up Close & Personal.

• Armored Up dará +2 de armadura para todos os monstros em campo. Isso significa que mais ataques terão de ser feitos para atingirem a vida de um monstro.

• Up Close & Personal é uma regra em que apenas monstros de ataque melee sejam escalados. Assim sendo, sabemos o que vamos enfrentar!

Antes dessa batalha começar, eu verifiquei o histórico de meu adversário, percebi que ele tinha usado algumas vezes o summoner Daria Dragonscale. Essa seria uma ocasião ideal para que ele escolhesse essa opção, pois monstros de ataque melee teriam seus ataques potencializados. Com essa junção de fatores, regra de batalha e possibilidade de Summoner, a minha estratégia foi entrar em campo counterizando essa força extra.

Up Close & Personal nos deixa com opções de monstros para linha de trás limitadas e monstros com a habilidade Opportunity, Reach e Sneak são as melhores opções. Eu me preparei defensivamente principalmente contra ataques Sneaks:

• Primeiro eu escolhi dois monstros com a habilidade Demoralize, que diminui ataques melee.

Só nessa escolha eu gastei uma boa quantidade de mana, 17. Um deles teriam de ser o tank e o outro iria para a linha de trás sem ode atacar, porém com um propósito muito importante: Resistir aos ataques Sneaks!

Como o monstro HARKLAW possui a habilidade Shield, que reduz o dano sofrido, seria a opção perfeita para cumprir esse papel.

Com boa parte do time concentrado no último monstro que não sofre nenhum dano, a minha tarefa era apenas ir acabando com os monstros do outro lado. Como minha opção foi me defender, eu fique com pouco recurso ofensivo, apenas meu tank e um monstro ataque Sneak iriam fazer essa função.

O maior perigo que sofri foi de ataques do Deeplurker que possui a habilidade Opportunity, mas com exceção disso, eu estava tranquilamente protegido, foi apenas questão de alguns rounds para que eu vencesse a luta!

Concluindo:

Em algumas estratégias precisamos abrir mão de algum recurso, nessa batalha, eu escolhi abrir mão de ofensividade para me defender aproveitando o enfraquecimento que eu proporcionei ao meu adversário e pela regra de batalha Armored Up. O que eu sempre gosto de mencionar em meus conteúdos é que, a melhor maneira de conseguir boa vitória é fazer uma leitura certa das oportunidades e aproveitar bem as variáveis de uma batalha. Utilizar as adversidades para conseguir alguma vantagem é um bom passo em direção a vitória!

Hello Splinters, welcome back!!

There are some combos that are overwhelming. In our battles we know that at some point we will face some powerful strategies created by our opponent. Some battle rules already give a clue of what we're going to face and preparing for that is very important. Another way to do a reading is to observe our opponent's battle history before the match starts. Thus, it is possible to identify some possibilities and prepare for it.

Today I brought a battle from which my opponent brought great firepower against my last monster from the back row using monsters with the Sneak skill. I'll show you how I prepared myself against this and managed to pull off an easy victory using those points mentioned above. Come with me!!

This was a Gold League battle.

In this game we only have 25 mana to be used, a very reasonable amount that doesn't give much freedom of choice for monsters with high mana. You'll need to choose each monster wisely. Two battle rules are what we have: Armored Up and Up Close & Personal.

• Armored Up gives +2 Armor to all monsters on the field. This means that more attacks will have to be made to reach a monster's health.

• Up Close & Personal is a rule where only melee attack monsters are scaled. So we know what we're up against!

Before this battle started, I checked my opponent's history, I noticed that he had used the summoner Daria Dragonscale a few times. This would be an ideal occasion for him to choose this option, as melee attack monsters would have their attacks boosted. With this combination of factors, battle rule and Summoner possibility, my strategy was to enter the field countering this extra force.

Up Close & Personal leaves us with limited backline monster options and monsters with the Opportunity, Reach, and Sneak abilities are the best options. I prepared myself defensively mainly against attacks Sneaks:

• First I chose two monsters with the skill Demoralize, which slows down melee attacks.

Only on this choice I spent a good amount of mana, 17. One of them would have to be the tank and the other would go to the back line with no way to attack, but with a very important purpose: Resist Sneaks attacks!

As the HARKLAW monster has the Shield skill, which reduces damage taken, it would be the perfect option to fulfill this role.

With most of the team focused on the last monster that doesn't take any damage, my task was just to finish off the monsters on the other side. As my option was to defend myself, I was left with little offensive resource, only my tank and a Sneak attack monster would do that function.

The biggest danger I suffered was attacks from Deeplurker who has the skill Opportunity, but other than that, I was quietly protected, it was just a matter of a few rounds for me to win the fight !

Concluding:

In some strategies we need to give up some resource, in this battle, I chose to give up offensiveness to defend myself by taking advantage of the weakening that I provided to my opponent and by the battle rule Armored Up. What I always like to mention in my content is that the best way to achieve a good victory is to read the opportunities correctly and take advantage of the variables of a battle. Using adversity to gain some advantage is a good step towards victory!
