The mindset most people have towards people who are graduate is securing financial opportunities which is the advantage they intend to secure after graduating from school. But then this doesn't seem to be an opportunity anymore because the number of students who graduate from school every year is much than those who secure a tangible job after that.

This is becoming more alarming as job opportunity is becoming more of a difficult aim to secure. The respect of people went to school without securing a job is no more as they are seen as a waste of time and money which isn't suppose to be so. We have individuals who now advice people to send their children to learn trade or secure a skill which will be more profitable to secure an income.

It becomes a painful situation when you see those who didn't go to school doing well in businesses and job while those who graduated work for them in positions that they aren't suppose so. Though I believe that is part of life because no one knows where he or she would find themselves someday but then this doesn't look promising for those who went to school.

We live in a world where it is only people who are doing well financially intend to be celebrated and respected while those who don't fit in that position loses such respect even if they older than those people look up to. This is one of the main reasons why we have people doing stuffs they really don't want to do but due to the frustration, insults and time wasted made such people to find themselves doing the negative part to make money.

This is one major advantage the advanced countries have where citizens have opportunities to become what they really want to be while in most African and Asian countries, it takes grace for one to find himself in the field he or she intend to secure. It feels so devasting that this issue of unemployment and lack of job opportunities is not showing any sign of progress as people are even losing hope to secure one.

The jobs that are available are still the same type of job that even those who didn't go to school can do which doesn't seem appropriate and probably a waste of time when looking at the certificate differences. However, web3 and the impact of social media is creating opportunities for individuals who don't have anything doing as there are things online people can do to earn without bothering much which Hive is one of them.

The likes of Facebook, tik-tok, Instagram and other social media handles are also showcasing this which is reducing the aspect of people struggling to make money. This however is a future saviour as more people are securing the aspect of utilizing web3 to change their situation and lifestyle. Though it have it advantage and disadvantage but when it comes to financial aspect I believe it is a win-win scenario.

School is important because one will be exposed to so many things likewise acquiring knowledge and to be sincere without knowledge ideas the web3 platform won't seem easy utilize which we need to accept and work on.
