It's that time of the month again - the start of a new semester at the university. The familiar sights and sounds of campus life have returned in full force. I can hear the chatter of friends reuniting after the long summer break, the shuffling of feet across the cobblestoned walkways, and the occasional roar of laughter that pierces through the air.

For me and my close group of uni mates, the beginning of the semester signals the start of our study routine. We've perfected the formula over the years - one hour of intense, focused work followed by a well-deserved break to recharge and refuel. It's a system that works for us, and we're sticking to it.

So there we were, the other day, seated around the wooden tables in the campus cafeteria. Books, laptops, and notepads strewn across the surface as we bent our heads in concentration, our pens scratching furiously against the paper. The first hour of the day was dedicated to getting through as much of the reading material as possible, fueled by strong cups of coffee and the occasional nibble of a biscuit.

And then, the blessed break time arrived. We pushed our chairs back, stretching our arms above our heads and letting out a collective sigh of relief. It's time to refuel, both physically and mentally.

"Alright, mates, what's on the menu today?" Mju our resident foodie, my friend she go through her backpack, pulling out an assortment of local snacks.

"Ooh, I'm feeling some of that spicy mango pickle.
