Working For The Truth

2 Corinthians 13:8 (KJV) For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

We children of the truth. We are born of the truth. We might walk through the earth like every other person but we are a different breed who are the children of the truth. We live in defense of our family norms which is the truth. Hence we can do nothing against the truth.

We Can Do Nothing Against The Truth

We can do nothing against the Truth meaning we work for the Truth. The Word of God is the Truth. When we confess with full awareness that we can do nothing against the Truth, it means that we obey the Word of God in all things. We do not act or conduct our lives against the word of God. We are the doers of the Word.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is The Truth. When we refuse to do anything against the Truth, it means that we follow the teachings of Jesus and His doctrines intoto. We are those who obey the truth and defend the truth. So, we can do nothing against the Truth.

For The Truth

We should go out each day with this consciousness. We should allow the fear of God in our hearts. We should not live like disobedient children. In our homes and in our office, defending the course of the Truth be our goal. Let us work for the Truth. Let us be people who follow and obey the doctrines of Jesus Christ who is the Truth.
