[ENG - ESP] Another Power Up Day! - 1st of May 2022

The month of April has finished, time passes so fast. With this, I will manage to participate for the third time in the Power Up Day, after doing it and writing a post about it in March and April.

For those who do not know what I am talking about yet, the Power Up Day is an initiative to Power Up our accounts on the first of every month to celebrate our commitment to this blockchain and increase the influence of our accounts. In my side this is aligned with my strategy to have an account that I can use to tell stories and that I can use to reward interesting content I may found.

If you want to know more, there read this post: Hive Power Up Day - May 1st 2022. The ones participating and Powering Up more than 10 HIVE will get a badge with a nice bee on it. Below you can see my last one:

The size of the bee on your badge depends on how much you can manage to Power Up, in my case in both occasions I manage to do more than 10 but less than 50 (47 in April, that was close!), so I got the smallest of all the badges. This month it will be the same, since it has been quite a busy month and I have not been able to write a lot, only to follow my participation in the #citizenscience project on Particle Physics. I hope this changes in the incoming months and I can get soon my first badge with a bigger bee.

By the way, for those brave enough to try, there is a Power Up Month initiative, but that remains very complicated for me right now. But, as I have been doing during the last months, I write this post to participate in the PUD challenge, where several prizes are distributed among those participating, for that we need to (I cite from the post in the link):

For the Global Prize Pool

• Your reputation must be above 39 and below 70.
• Your Hive Power (before the 1st) must be more than 100 and less than 8000.
• You must power up at least 10 Hive on the 1st of the current month.
• You must write a post about your power up on the 1st of the current month with the tag #HivePUD or #HPUD.

I hope to continue making my account grow in the next months, and it is not going to be complicated because it is easy to find the initative to write if you do it with proper communities or projects that do not stop asking and helping continuing the research!

El mes de abril ha terminado, qué rápido pasa el tiempo. Y con este mes y este post, consigo participar por tercera vez en el Power Up Day, después de hacerlo y escribir un post sobre ello en marzo y abril.

Para los que aún no sepan de qué estoy hablando, el Power Up Day es una iniciativa para hacer Power Up de nuestras cuentas el primero de cada mes para celebrar nuestro compromiso con esta blockchain y aumentar la influencia de nuestras cuentas. Por mi parte esto se alinea con mi estrategia de tener una cuenta que pueda usar para contar historias y también para premiar contenido interesante que pueda encontrar.

El tamaño de la abeja de tu badge depende del tamaño del Power Up que hayas hecho, en mi caso en las dos ocasiones pasadas conseguí hacer más de 10 pero menos de 50 (47 en abril, ¡estuvo cerca!), así que me tocó la más pequeña de todas las insignias. Este mes será igual, ya que ha sido un mes bastante ajetreado y no he podido escribir mucho, sólo seguir participando en el proyecto #citizenscience sobre física de partículas. Espero que esto cambie en los próximos meses y pueda conseguir pronto mi primera insignia con una abeja más grande.

Por cierto, para los valientes que se animen a intentarlo, existe la iniciativa Power Up Month, pero eso sigue siendo muy complicado para mí ahora mismo. Pero, como he venido haciendo durante los últimos meses, escribo este post para participar en el reto PUD, donde se reparten varios premios entre los que participen, para ello hay que (cito del post en el enlace)

Para la bolsa de premios global

• Tu reputación debe ser superior a 39 e inferior a 70.
• Tu HIVE POWER (antes del día 1) debe ser mayor de 100 y menor de 8000.
• Debes potenciar al menos 10 Colmenas el día 1 del mes en curso.
• Debes escribir un post sobre tu power up el día 1 del mes en curso con la etiqueta #HivePUD o #HPUD.

Y con reglas adicionales para los que quieran participar en la version en español (ojo que hay nuevas reglas!):

1. DEBE Hacer Power Up al menos 1 HIVE el 1ero del mes en curso.
2. DEBE tener 1 publicación en su blog con el tag #HPUD y con las recompensas al 100% HP ese día.
3. Nueva regla. Añadir la etiqueta #HispanicHPUD para queue los pueda encontrar mas facilmente.

Espero seguir haciendo crecer mi cuenta en los próximos meses, y no va a ser complicado porque es fácil encontrar la iniciativa para escribir si lo haces con comunidades o proyectos que no dejan de preguntar y ayudar a seguir investigando!
