A Long Walk To The Park
The first collage -image is the prize I got after taking a nice walk from home about a couple of weeks ago. This is my favorite place to meditate and be rejuvinated. I needed the walk after a week of flue and so when I recovered from the illness, I threaded about 1.5Km one way on foot and made a slow move that late afternoon. It was almost late but I returned home on time before the sunset.
This way is just about the third of the leg I was to walk to reach my Park. Our complex is seen in the background of this picture behind the tree on the right of the image.
Our way to the National Park has these fields which had been planted with various wheat and now already harvested.
The straws were gathered and were ready to be transported.
The insect hotel, the insects love this especially during winter.
The tractor works day and night to prepare the fields for winter.
The way to the Park and some wildflowers along the pathway.
The entrance for every biker and visitor and below this bridge is the body of water full of wild bushes and fallen trees. I have not seen any birds, thy must be hiding somewhere since it was hot on that day.
I sat a while on a sick tree bark that had fallen beside the water and it was serene and so peaceful. I went back feeling good after my stay, the air was cool under the trees. This place makes me smile everytime. The whole place is really a gift of Mother Nature to us and I am glad to be one of those lucky people to have the privilege to enjoy it!
A very serene place, perfect for your meditation. Love the first collage looks like a painting!
It is a perfect place for me, it´s my favorite area, so I often come here and relax. Thanks for dropping-by.
How beautiful is the place you are living. I wanna visit you one day on my dreams.
It is beautiful indeed... sure, you should come here one day and see the place.Thank you.
Yes, you are indeed the lucky one to have that privilege to enjoy nature at it's best. Hmm, I just know that insects have their hotel.
Yep, they´ve put that hotel for the insects which is a good idea.... the thing that I do not like is when the guys assisting the farmers with the tractor mow the surrondings of this pathway. There are so many insects killed and their habitat is lost.. sure they grow again, but when winter comes, the ´smaller insects that could not fly are surely dead. horrible...
Such a lovely place po Tita mers
