Good day everyone, hello to all my fellow members on hive. Today am goning to show you how I prepared my best food for my family ,(beans pudding) which is know in Nigeria as MoiMoi, beans pudding is made from beans and it has serve as protein in our body system

# ways of preparing my beans pudding ( MoiMoi)

Beans - 6 cups
Eggs - 6
Groundnut oil - 2 cup
Crayfish - 1 cup
Fresh pepper and onions

Method of preparing my beans pudding

Firstly I pour my beans into a clean plastic bowl and peel out the body of the beans until it is well white and clean

After washing it out then I wash my fresh pepper and onions seperately and added to my beans

After am done washing then I took it to a machine that will ground smoothly

After granding it then I added my season, crayfish, salt and groundnut oil

After adding everything together, have already separated my egg in a separate bowl

Then i started shaping them in my nylon and cook for about 35 mins to 1 hour

I was very happy my beans pudding (MoiMoi) came out very sweet and delicious, we all ate it happily😀
