Recipe for My puff puff

Flour - 500 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
2 tablespoons of east
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 sachets of milk
Water /. Warm water

method and ways of making my puff puff

Firstly I measured my all my listed indigrent in a big plastic bowl and I mix them together

After then I did my final mixing by using my warm water to mix but I make sure when am mixing, it must not be too watery of too tick.

After mixing and am having a perfect dough then I cover for about 30 mins to 1 hour to rise

After the dough has risen, then I put my pot on a local gas add some little vegetable oil, and fry

When frying I make sure it get brown before bringing out of the oil.

Then I served it and they were all happy it so yummy and fluffy

I was very happy my puff puff came out good, they all ate and happy😅
