Good day everyone, hello to all my fellow members on hive today am goning to show you how I make my pillow doughnut filled with strawberry jam

Recipe for my dough

Flour - 500 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Butter - 50 grams
East - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 30- 50 ML
Flavor - 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1

How I mix my dough

Firstly I measured all the indigrent listed above Which is my flour, butter , sugar, east, salt, flavor egg and nutmeg in a clean plastic bowl after then in a separate cup I mix my milk with some little water and keep it separate.
After the milk in a separate cup then I started using the milk to mix my all my indigrent together to form a dough

After mixing everything together to form a dough then I started kneelding my dough so it can rise so fastly

I Make sure my dough is not too watery and not too hard at the same, after kneelding then I cut them into any pieces of your choice it depends on how you want it to be in sizes after cutting, then I started shaping them in a round circle

After I finish shaping, then I cover my   dough to rise before frying 

After the dough has risen then I started frying with my local gas and I make sure I fry under a very lowl fire to get burnt.

I was very happy my pillow doughnut came out very soft and fluffy
