Good day everyone, Hello to all my fellow members on hive, today am going to show you how I bake a vanilla birthday cake for my best mom

Recipe for my vanilla cake

Flour - 750 grams
Butter - 750 grams
Sugar _ 450 grams
Eggs - 15
Baking powder - 3 tablespoon
Preservatives - 1/8
Flavor - 4 teaspoon and half teaspoon

Method and ways of baking my vanilla cake

Firstly I measured my butter and sugar in a clean plastic bowl and cream until it becomes soft and fluffy

After my butter and sugar is well creamed then I measured my dry ingredients which is my flour, baking powder and preservatives

Then in another separate bowl I have my eggs broken and whisk until it becomes foamy

Then I started mixing everything together I first mix my butter and sugar with eggs I mix gently I dot over mix, then I started adding my dry ingredients which is my flour, baking powder and preservatives with flavor, then I mix it finally

After mixing everything together then I divided my cake into cake pan and put in the oven to bake

Baking was done in my local oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour

Recipe for my buttercream

Icing sugar - 1kg
Butter - 250 grams
Flavor - 1 teaspoon

ways of mixing my buttercream

Firstly I measured my icing sugar and selve it in a plastic bowl, then also I measured my butter and flavor I started adding it together gradually I dot over mix

After then I added some little blue color to get my blue then I started decorating my cake, I started by combcroating my cake after combcroating, then I final decoration was done

Then I added some cake topper to beautify it

I was very happy my vanilla cake was so soft and yummy and my mom loves it
