1️⃣ Muchas veces en la edad adulta, como madre o con mucho trabajo y poco tiempo libre, es bueno reunirnos con nuestros amigos. ¿Cuánto hace que no compartes momentos de risas con tus amigos?
Los amigos pueden ayudarte a celebrar los buenos momentos y apoyarte en los malos. Los amigos pueden prevenir el aislamiento y la soledad y ofrecerte compañía si la necesitas, ya que formas parte de un grupo y nos juntamos a celebrar cada cierto tiempo.
Por eso salir de paseo y compartir alegrías, y un buen almuerzo en un lugar agradable, acogedor, como lo es este Restaurant en el Barrio Chino de la Habana, cada uno con sus características, su vida personal, sus preocupaciones, necesidades pero disfrutamos y desestresamos por igual
La amistad es el vínculo afectivo que puede existir entre dos o más individuos y se sustenta en valores fundamentales como: el amor, lealtad, respeto, solidaridad, compromiso y sinceridad; cultivado con el trato persistente y el interés recíproco a lo largo del tiempo.

Formar y mantener amistades saludables implica dar y recibir. Algunas veces eres tú quien da apoyo, y otras veces eres quien lo recibe.
