In my head the purchase of a car did not enter, in view of so many activities and with small children I was seeing it as something necessary material for a quality of life a little better as leaving home in my car, get to my work in my car, make ailments without relying on public transport.

In the year 1999, began the publicity of offering cars at low cost, always thinking that with low resources it was possible to acquire a car.

I began to do all the necessary steps and fulfill all the requirements of both the bank and the car dealership, at that time Ford was a very solid company in our country Venezuela, I had an office near my home.

There my focus was my first car, many doubts yes, I considered it a very big responsibility because my children and I would travel in it to be on time for daily activities, work, school, out of school activities, sports, dances, in many things.

That first car, a Festiva Casual Year 2000, was its launching name.

I was very happy with it, I didn't drive much and it was a challenge for me, until I decided to stop being afraid of driving and every time I got into my car I entrusted myself to God.

That's how I spent 14 years with my first car. I wasn't so tough on driving, I decided to sell it. I wanted to buy a second car... there changed many things in the country and I was afraid to face the costs of another new car like the model I wanted at that time, I did not get to realize it.

So my Festiva Casual gave us the opportunity to travel within our country, go to the beaches more frequently, I was always aware of its maintenance, filter changes, air conditioning, tires, I learned a little of these operations ... I consider it an adventure to remember, the fact of how I acquired it, although many said it was a car of low social status, for me it was the best thing that could happen to me when I made the decision to get it.

Buying the Festiva Casual was a great opportunity to lose some fears about driving, money for maintenance and many other things. Mi primer carro, en ese entonces llevaba una vida de muchas actividades, casada, hijos, 2 empleos, mi forma de transportarme en pùblicos busetas, por puesto.

En mi cabeza no entraba la compra de un carro, en vista de tantas actividades y con los niños pequeños lo fui viendo como algo material necesario para una calidad de vida un poco mejor como salir de casa en mi carro, llegar a mi trabajo en mi carro, hacer doligencias sin depender de un transporte pùblico.

En el año 1999, comenzò la publicidad de ofrecer carros a bajo costo, siempre pensando que con bajos recursos se podìa adquirir un auto.

Comencè a hacer las diligencias y cumplir todos los requisitos tanto del banco como de la agencia de autos, en esos momentos la Ford era una empresa muy sòlida en nuestro paìs Venezuela, me quedaba una oficina cerca de casa.

Allì mi enfoque fue mi primer carro, muchas dudas si, consideraba una responsabilidad muy grande porque en el viajarìan mis hijos y yo para estar a tiempo en las actividades diarias, trabajos , escuelas, actividades fuera de escuela, deportes, danzas, en in muchas cosas.

Ese primer carro, fue un Festiva Casual Año 2000, fue su nombre de lanzamiento.

Muy contenta con el, no manejaba mucho y fue un reto para mì , hasta que decidì dejar el miedo al manejo y cada vez que subìa a mi auto me encomendaba a Dios.

Asì pasaron 14 años con mi primer carro. No fuì tan aguerrida con el manejo, decidì venderlo. Quise comprar un segundo carro...allì cambiaron muchas cosas en el paìs y me daba miedo enfrentarme a los costos de otro auto nuevo como el modelo que quise en ese momento, no lleguè a concretarlo.

Asì mi Festiva Casual nos diò la oportunidad de viajar dentro de nuestro paìs, ir a las playas con màs frecuencias, siempre estuve al tanto de su mantenimiento, cambios de filtros, aire acondicionado, cauchos, aprendì un poco de estos funcionamientos...la considero una aventura para recordar, el hecho de como lo adquirì, aunque muchos decìan que era carro de nivel social bajo, para mì fue lo mejor que me pudo pasar al tomar la decisiòn de obtenerlo.

Comprar el Festiva Casual fue una gran oportunidad para perder algunos miedos frente al manejo, al dinero para su mantenimiento, muchas cosas màs. A veces son muchas las ganas de tener carro, pero tambièn tener un carro lleva implìcita otras responsabilidades, tanto en su mantenmiento como en el aspecto legal para transitar sin problemas a dierentes sitios que se decisa ir.

Para mi hijo fue duro cuando dije : voy a vender mi carro...ya èl estaba en edad para el manejo y hacerse responsable de andar en el. Fue aceptada la decisiòn y despuès de ello cuantas cosas cambiaron en nuestro paìs.
