Les cuento que después de pasar una semana con el terrible virus del covid 19 en casa quedando bastante debilucho con los achaques que nos deja este virus , aqui en casa mi hijo quedó con problemas de estómago como son dolores abdominales ,náusea y una especie de pesadez, llego en una de las visita la abuela nos trajo está hermosa planta muy utilizada por nuestros antepasados para curar los vomitos,y malestares estomacales ,así que la abuela le preparo un pequeño te con una de sus hojas ayudándole a recuperarse.

I tell you that after spending a week with the terrible covid 19 virus at home being quite weak with the ailments that this virus leaves us, here at home my son was left with stomach problems such as abdominal pains, nausea and a kind of heaviness, came in one of the visits the grandmother brought us this beautiful plant widely used by our ancestors to cure vomiting, and stomach ailments, so the grandmother prepared a small tea with one of its leaves helping him to recover.

Mi abuela me comentó que está planta es muy buena para las náuseas y la hinchazón abdominal, además ayuda a evitar la formación de gases y las flatulencias ,es utilizado también para calmar los dolores de cabeza y en la gastronomía se utiliza también para aderezar ensaladas, sopas y en las grandes industrias para preparar algunos productos de consumo como chicles y caramelos ,aceites aromáticos para la piel.

My grandmother told me that this plant is very good for nausea and abdominal bloating, it also helps to prevent the formation of gas and flatulence, it is also used to soothe headaches and in gastronomy it is also used to dress salads, soups and in large industries to prepare some consumer products such as chewing gum and candy, aromatic oils for the skin.

Está planta es cultivables en nuestro hogares en pequeños porrones como especie de planta medicinal de muy buen uso en nuestro hogares, nuestro abuelo acostumbraban a masticar las pequeñas hojas fresca para el mal aliento,el nombre científico de está planta es Mentha × piperita.

This plant is cultivable in our homes in small pots as a kind of medicinal plant of very good use in our homes, our grandfather used to chew the small fresh leaves for bad breath, the scientific name of this plant is Mentha × piperita.
