VALLONE BUSINESS EXPANSION

Good day Lion's I trust you are all safe and well on this fine mid week period. The eastern hemisphere is starting to approach warmer weather as we're in our last month of winter. This also means a few things with the western hemisphere cooling down and the East warming up it's time to get those beach bodies ready!

If you have been following along you might recall my announcement a few months ago that I had finally taken my product to market. In 2020 I started my own business which was smashed by COVID19 and shut down before ever getting off the ground. But the heavy financial losses hasn't kept us at bay deciding to continue our work and deliver a market ready product.

We've been working closely with an Australian manufacturer to undertake Research and Development to create a product that is of superior quality and supports people in their health and fitness goals. We've been in operation for 3 months and have had good feedback from people who have been utilising our product lines. First commencing with a Pre-Workout containing a concoction of natural ingredients that boost metabolic rate to aid in weight loss efforts.

I too have been the biggest guinea pig trialing my products and even registering for a body building contest this year for I Compete Natural which is WADA drug tested to narrow the playing field and only showcases people who train without steroids or other banned performance enhancers and peptides.

Market Launch

We had the added benefit of launching at a business expo that provided us an opportunity to showcase our product to more people in the City of Melbourne at a town hall event. We were the only dietary supplements business on site so it helped us gain a few sales. We also had the opportunity for people to trial our products live and in person as well as raise questions with our product.

We're also currently undertake further product development initially launching with satchels to keep costs low, we're now transitioning to tubs which provide a stronger and more sturdy container. The feedback we had on our satchels is that if they weren't sealed properly the contents would spill out in people's bags.

Moving to food standard tubs will enable people to take their preworkout with them and not have to be concerned that the contents will escape losing the product. We've also got a more concentrated product so while most people are used to large tubs with lots of powder ours is a lot smaller but still packs a mighty punch.

A New Market

While most the supplements sector is geared towards younger people and packaging is often filled with bright colours, images of beasts and monsters we're aiming for the upper middle class market. The people who are serious about their health, focusing on weight management and are after a product that can support them in their goals.

We've redesigned our image to be cleaner, more professional and added a bit of class to it being clean and gold being our main colour feature. We're not here for cheap thrills but results in the gym. The concentrated formula means that there is less of it and our tubs can be a lot smaller and can easily fit within your laptop bag, handbag or small hand held carriages. Even nice and smug in you car's glove box.

It has a cleaner look so no matter where you are you can remove this from your bag, pop it on your desk at work and add it to your preferred drink and not look like a teenager but a more sophisticated and elegant individual looking out for your health.

Product Line Growth

We've been expanding our products on offer as many are requesting protein shakers as we have launched our very own plant based protein powder and we have had our own gym shakers ordered with our logo printed on them.

As we await manufacturing we will be giving a few shakers away FREE with purchases of our protein powder through our website. We've also enabled FREE postage Australia wide and will be taking the loss in order to establish a clientele base. We continue to develop our product lines with Pharmaceutical grade Creatine and Beta-Alanine also soon to launch on our online store.

We continue to undertake market research to assess what the current market trends are and what can benefit our business development and offerings as well as provide premium and quality products free of contaminants.

Something more

We're also setting a new trend as another core passion of mine is cooking and food, this is a gap in the market currently with many influencers spruiking products but failing to account for one of the largest contributors to weight management, diet.

While supplements can support your health goals and development it is important that you accompany them with a healthy balanced diet otherwise you're just wasting your money. Supplements and working out require a whole lifestyle switch which isn't too hard if you have the right tools and supports which VALLONE aims to build.

Start Ups and Cash

Every business start up requires massive outgoings of cash prior to getting any kind of a return and we have recently procured a business website developer to audit our website which we got cheaply done a few years ago.

It's no good having primum and quality products if your landing page is unprofessional, lagging and fails to sell your product. Websites are the new bricks and mortar and think of them as branding.

If you had an in real life business located down an ally way and looked untidy and messy then your customers would be fearful of coming in and wouldn't trust your brand.
