Scrat Finally Succeeds!

Who is Scrat?

Scrat is an iconic character from the franchise Ice Age a cartoon that follows a heard of mammals through trials and tribulations of the prehistoric era. In the animated film all the animals can talk to each other and each film has taken on a new adventure.

It has been one of my favourite animated series but more so important is the unofficial little character Scrat. He doesn't play to much of a role in the broader story lines except for creating much of the mess our animated hero's are in all in the pursuit of an acorn.

Over the years more and more characters have joined the herd which end up in all sorts of trouble from pirates, continental separations, meteor showers and all of it mainly brought on by our little hero Scrat and his Acorn.

Scrat is an invented character that is half rat half squirrel and has saber teeth and has gone on to become one of the shows most popular characters and with each film people want to know what mischief Scrat is going to cause or if he is going to end up with his beloved Acorn.

Just like our main protagonists Scrat does meet the love of his life and ends up with a child of his own which then get to go on all kinds of trouble in their own spin off shows.

But it doesn't matter what Scrat does he always seems to not be able to get a hold of his Acorn as fate gets in the way. But as Ice Age comes to a close as the production company behind Ice Age, Blue Sky owned by Disney had been impacted by COVID the team decided to bring Scrats story line to a close.

Uploaded on YouTube and not as his own film but much needed closure to a generation of followers. We are glad to announce and witness that Scrat finally gets his Acorn!

Although he at one point gets anxious expecting fate to impact him one last time, it doesn't and he completes his goal.
