VISA and Mastercard launched into crypto currency as the sector emerged looking to be at the forefront of new and emerging industries which lifted it's share prices and investors gambled on a future industry.

Recently leaked information by Reuters indicates that the advancement into Crypto currency by Visa and Mastercard is on pause based on the shaky 2022 year which saw billions of dollars wiped due to failing market leaders.

Allegedly the financial leaders are pausing their current expansion while still maintaining their current offerings until there is further market recovery and new regulations to protect the sector and investors.

After a monumental market crash the market appears to have found it's bottom and stablised over the passed few months with slight gains trending up over the first two months of this year.

while the growth provides a hopeful outlook for investors it is also a reminder of the markets volatility and the impacts of rising interest rates on the sector still aren't properly understood.

While there is anxiety amongst investors over the looming regulations and what they might look like in the future, the sector hasn't continued to bottom out which means that there is still a pending market awaiting the outcomes.

While the only current information out there are predictions it is still too early to adequately guesstimate where we might end up until the pen is struck across any future regulations.
