A Short Trip in Bursa Şehreküstü. (EN-TR) Bursa Şehreküstü' de Kısa Bir Gezi.

How are you? I hope you are fine. I'm fine too and I'm listening to Melike Şahin's new song these days. Great song. Also, today I would like to share with you my very short trip in Bursa's Şehreküstü district. Since I really miss Bursa these days, I was reviewing old photos and when I saw them, I immediately decided to share them. I would like to start this article with a beautiful photograph of the sky and historical artifacts.

Ayrıca bugün size Bursa' nın Şehreküstü semtindeki çok kısa gezimi paylaşmak istiyorum. Bugünlerde Bursa' yı gerçekten çok özlediğim için eski fotoğrafları inceliyordum ve bunları görünce hemen paylaşmaya karar verdim. bu yazıya şöyle güzel bir gökyüzü ve tarihi eser fotoğrafıyla başlamak istiyorum.

Şehreküstü is a district in the north of the center of Bursa. In other words, it is about 2 kilometers away from the place we call Kent Square. This district is the head of a district called Osmangazi. It is one of the most beautiful places in Bursa. The place you see in this photo is a part of the bazaar in Şehreküstü, where there are usually restaurants.

Şehreküstü Bursa' nın merkezinin kuzeyinde bir semt. Yani Kentmeydanı dediğimiz yere yaklaşık 2 kilometre uzakta. Osmangazi isimli bir ilçeye başlı bu semt. Bursa' nın en güzel yerlerinden birisi. Bu fotoğrafta gördüğünüz yer Şehreküstü' ndeki çarşının genelde restoranlar olan bir bölümü.

There are usually jewelers in this part of the bazaar. There are square shaped inns in the following sections. Silk shawls are generally sold in these inns. You know that one of the most famous things in Bursa is the silkworm.

Çarşı' nın bu kısmında da genelde kuyumcular olur. İlerleyen kısımlarda kare şeklinde hanlar var. Bu hanlarda da genelde ipek şal gibi şeyler satılır. Biliyorsunuz ki Bursa' nın en ünlü şeylerinden birisi ipek böceği.

In this photo, there are dried fruits, candies and Turkish delights unique to Bursa region. Bursa is a city of great food and culture. Actually, there were more photos about this bazaar, but I guess I couldn't find it because some of the photos were deleted.

Bu fotoğrafta da kurutulmuş meyveler, şekerler ve Bursa yöresine özgü lokumlar var. Bursa yemekleri ve kültürü harika bir şehir. Aslında bu çarşı ile ilgili fotoğraflardan daha çok vardı ama sanırım fotoğrafların bazıları silindiği için bulamadım.

After wandering around the bazaar a little more, we went to a restaurant nearby where meatballs and sausage were cooked. That restaurant has such a great view as you can see in this photo. When both the scenery and the food are beautiful, people are really happy 😻

Çarşıda biraz daha gezdikten sonra yakın bir yerlerde köfte ve sucuk pişirilen bir restorana gittik. O restoranın böyle bu fotoğrafta gördüğünüz gibi harika bir manzarası var. Hem manzara hem de yemekler çok güzel olunca insan gerçekten çok mutlu oluyor 😻

The restaurant we went to was a meat restaurant. They usually cook meat on the barbecue or grill. I usually love chicken and sausage. There was a meat knife on the plate on the table.

Gittiğimiz restoran bit et restoranıydı. Etleri genelde mangal ya da ızgara olarak pişiriyorlar. Ben genelde tavuk ve sucuk çok severim. Masada tabağın üstünde et bıçağı vardı.

We ordered meat and Turkish sausage. Since there is no menu in this restaurant, you usually go to the butcher's section and choose the meat you want to eat and they cook it for you. We chose them and after about 20 minutes our orders came. I can say that these were the most delicious meat and Turkish sausage I have ever eaten.

Et ve sucuk sipariş verdik. Bu restoranda menü olmadığı için genelde kasap bölümüne gidip yemek istediğiniz etleri seçiyorsunuz ve onlar sizin için pişiriyorlar. Biz de bunları seçtik ve yaklaşık 20 dakika sonra siparişlerimiz geldi. Bunların o güne kadar yediğim en lezzetli et ve sucuk olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

After eating the meats and sausages, our stomachs were very bloated because they were really greasy but also delicious. Then we ordered rice pudding. The rice pudding was also very good. It had some nuts on it. Rice pudding is my favorite dessert since childhood.

Etleri ve sucukları yedikten sonra karnımız çok şişti çünkü bunlar gerçekten çok yağlıydı ama bir o kadar da lezzetliydi. Daha sonra sütlaç sipariş ettik. Sütlaçları da çok güzeldi. Üstünde biraz fındık vardı. Sütlaç benim çocukluğumdan beridir en sevdiğim tatlıdır.

I remember having a very good day. This was a very nice day I spent last year while living in Bursa.
