With beef, potato cooking tutorial.The combination recipe 23/03/2024

- Onion 6/8
- Chilli 8/10

- 4 large cloves of garlic
- Turmeric in quantity
- Gura masala in quantity

- New potatoes 500 grams
- Ginger 100 grams
- Beef 500 grams

Step by step making plan
First of all we peel onion green chillies garlic. Wash all the ingredients with clean water. We have sized the pieces accordingly. We will make nice size so that the meat will taste. Then we will use all the necessary ingredients including ginger batter. There are three garlics I've looked at separately that would make a great meal in combination with meat.
Then we grind onions, green chillies, garlic and as much light salt as needed in a bowl. Later you can see that our ingredients have been ground.
Then we roasted it in the oven, added lightly chopped onion and added dal sugar. I have added soybean oil according to the ingredients. Put cumin seeds in hot oil. Then we saute the pressed masalas.
Then we mix the onion ingredients well. I gave 100 grams of ginger paste. Then we gave bay leaves in light range. After that I added salt along with turmeric ingredients.
Then we gently washed the patna with clean water and put it in the pan. After that I mixed well again with water. Next we gave beef.
Next we added beef masala. Atleast 20 grams of this masala should add flavor to the curry..Then we kept the three garlics separately and fried them. I increased the light hit. Then we let the potatoes shoot.
After that we gave about 200 grams of water. The reason for adding water is to boil our curry. Which will be able to boil quickly. By mixing all the necessary ingredients well. Then we put the lid on. 20 to 25 minutes should be burned with the heat of the stove. And should be well taken. This will result in a sense of taste within the human being and incomparable.
We opened the lid and saw that it was cooked and then we took down the karait.
