Today I will present my own recipe in today's recipe Kachur Mukhi potato and Mola Fish Shutki Bhaji.Let's start today's wonderful cooking.

Today's gift to the hive community is hive food.I love to cook different curries all the time. However, finding time to cook in between jobs is difficult, but as an entrepreneur, I think it is never a problem but a pleasure. But we humans live means to be hungry. We eat in between activities. But eating and drinking in moderation and not wasting. But according to my knowledge, the more food you eat, the more medicine you will consume.

First, remove the skins and peels of the potatoes. Then wash well with water and keep in a container

Then fry the dried fish with nice heat and keep it in a separate container. Then cut the potato and cut it into pieces. Kachur muchi is very slippery so you have to work very carefully.

Then continue to fry the onion, pepper and garlic with oil. A little light color really you keep frying salt oil with light cumin seeds. Remember a nice color will come.

Then you have to give the potato a little.If you want to add some gravy to the curry, you can add a little water

Then take it well. The reason is that you have to stick to the combination of spices in the curry. Then the curry will taste interesting.

After keeping the lid for 20 minutes, the curry will be ready. You can use light spices like coriander or garam masala.
