Green vegetables are part of the unique benefits of human life. Beans are rich in fiber and help in reducing cholesterol. It also helps control diabetes. Above all, vitamin A found in beans helps the human body to maintain good eyesight. So we can keep beans as a benefit in daily vegetable cooking curries. In winter many times sour becomes dry and lifeless.Eating cooked beans to maintain regular nutritional value is good for the skin.It also stops hair loss and strengthens hair roots.Cholesterol is a type of harmful poison in the human body which can cause different types of damage to the human body if it increases.So you can get solution from this problem by eating beans.

Beans amount 500 grams
Like the amount of salt
Like the amount of yellow
Like the amount of powdered masala
Onion 120 grams
80 grams of garlic
100 grams of soybean oil
Amount of coriander leaves
150 ml of water
7/8 green chillies

First here we cut the roots of the coriander plant.Next we cut the beans on both sides and cleaned them well.Also, I have seen the inner part of the bean in the brightness of the light.Many times we see that the sim has a large number of insects.Of course clean cooking is another part of our wellness.After that, I peeled the onions, green chillies and garlic well.

Beans are unique vegetables among healthy vegetables.Let's cut the vegetables into thin shapes with a knife with great feel.Also, chop the onion, green pepper and garlic. Finely chop the coriander leaves.

First we lit the stove.Later we put it in the oven.After the curry is heated,add enough soybean oil. Next,I sauteed the ingredients of onion, green chillies. Next we fried all the ingredients well. After that, the beans are fried and combined well. Season the curry well by using turmeric salt and necessary spices.

Here we again mix the required ingredients well and cover with light water.Later we will open the lid and see that the curry is cooked.But mix it well every five minutes and after ten minutes the curry should be taken down. The heat of the hair should be lightened.
