What a great opportunity to share my tips on what I have done to maintain a healthy lifestyle past 40.
Active Lifestyle (Sporting Activity)
Of course I have always liked to keep active, and this is one of the keys to reach 40, and start this stage keeping us physically active so it is very important to adopt a lifestyle with the practice of sports activities from an early age so this way we can take advantage of the benefits even more after 40 years. Sport also helps us mentally.
Sporting activities such as running are nowadays a trend for people over 40, because it is wonderful how good it makes us feel in all aspects of our lives, and if we belong to a group even more so.
Feeding.
Eliminate sugar from my menu, is another of the key tips for people over 40, because sugar makes us look more tired, accelerates aging, we look more swollen, I have noticed a big change in my physical appearance since I stopped eating sugar, and it has been noticed, as many have told me how good I look, more fitness.
Night break
Great key for after 40, and delay aging, sleep a minimum of 8 hours, and the late nights are left for those in their twenties, it is time to make the compartires earlier, or well an eventual one does not hurt, but it is key to maintain a full sleep habit of 8 hours, as this keeps us healthier after 40 years.
We should not panic when we reach 40, it is a wonderful stage because with maturity we value every moment even more, the experience makes us enjoy even more, keep a good attitude, and let everything flow in this new stage of our life. Enjoy the decade of the 40's
