Ingredients for 1 Serving:
- Sweet Potatoes: 150 g
- Zucchini: 1
- Red Onion: 1/4
- Chicken Breast: 1
- Mustard: 1 tsp
- Honey: 1/2 tsp
- Thyme (optional)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Ingrédients pour 1 portion :
- Patates Douces: 150 g
- Courgette: 1
- Oignon Rouge: 1/4
- Escalope de Poulet: 1
- Moutarde: 1 càc
- Miel: 1/2 càc
- Thym (optionnel)
- Huile d'Olive

Step 1: Roasting the Veggies
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes, cut the zucchini into half-moons, and quarter the red onion. Place them on a baking sheet, add a pinch of thyme (if available), season with salt, pepper, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Step 2: Honey Mustard
While the veggies are roasting, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, mustard, and honey in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Step 3: Chicken

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
