Harsh Reality of job market and stress faced by individual seeking employment

I never had the intention of writing on this topic even earlier today but I couldn't just imagine seeing what really happened and not putting my say in it because it is really a topic that must be talked on and see the view of others from it. So as a student still in school either the tertiary institution or any form of learning platform, the goal is to get good grade and later secure a good job that will eventually cover their needs and expense, but imagine a big clause there, a lot of student learning and trying to finish to secure a paying job government wise, in a country where over millions of students graduate yearly and it continues like that.

The rate of getting a job is continually decreasing because of the demand which can't be met by all, this made me imagine if all was really learning for since there would be a long queue after the learning in search of a paying job. This is why as a man, one should always start planning of the future even if it is very little. The reason for me writing this topic was due to the fact that recently happened to one of my colleagues which we are presently observing our student industrial training but in a different organization for a period of just 6 months but the difference between the two of us is that they pay the industrial student there for working and they don't use to do so in our own organization.

Still on the matter, a total amount of $40 was always been paid every month end but guess the kind of job which they do as a student trying to get experience and preparing a life after school, still doing work as labor just because of the amount $40, the time frame of working in the organization was a 12hours frame, now coming back to my friend who works in the organization, two days ago we met and he told me he took permission from the organization to travel just t pick few of his things and then return, he was granted but unfortunately for him on getting back to the company that same day, he was fired just because he got back some hours late, this made me wonder what kind of stress people working every day in that company will be passing through because the rate at which there is no work out there for all.

Getting paid for $40 just to get fired because he was a few hours late to the job, I was now in my thought seeing a lot of reasons why I couldn't go in search of a white collar job but to try and get a good capital and set up my own profitable business that will fetch me my own cool earning morning and not have to depend on any government work before getting my pay, be the time frame of working won't be stressed at all. I was really concerned when I heard the matter of getting fired from a job of $40 just for coming back late, he got replaced to show the amount of people I search for a paying job no matter how small it might be and no matter how the stress might also look like but the means of survival is their main goal.
