Actually i was not planning on writing on this topic before and i was planning entirely on another thing but even at that this came to my mind and all i have to do is to talk about it because it has been a thing which has been always bothering me and it is getting more and more everyday in the business line. Normally in my country i dont know of other country, i have seen lot of companies and business owner that start up business and later depreciate due to the fact that what use to draw the attention of the customers is not there again.

Now where am i driving at, it is a normal thing to find a way to get the attention of customers when a business is just established because that will be a way to generate lot of income for the company and the business to grow more. Just like when i came across this company which deal with production of flour and baking of bread so when this business started and was established around school area they started baking the bread in a very big way and it was so thick and very pleasant to taste, the softness of the bread and the quality of the bread was so high and this was the medium that drew a lot of student to that company even though there are lot of bread business around but due to the quality the company is using many are still coming to get bread there.

The price when it started was just around $0.9 and when they saw that the level of customer which they got due to the quality of what they produce is very high, then the quality was still the same and the price of the bread started increasing, it went up to around $1.3 and the size of the bread reduce a bit but people were still coming in to get it because the quality was still there and after a year of produce in the company, the price of the bread increased to $2 just without notice and the quality went so low, this was a factor that made some some people to start withdrawing from going to the company to get bread and start moving to the other ones which they have left before.

But for me I feel this is not the right way a company should do even with the fact that it has gained a lot of customers because many businesses have gone down due to the fact that they reduced the quality of their products and customers complained but the necessary amendment was not made. The other companies around saw this as an opportunity for them to get back their customers which have gone due to quality so they stepped up their game in getting their customers again. I feel it might not work in every situation because once some customers leave they won't be able to be convinced to come back to them even if the quality of the other company reduce.

So reducing quality due to the amount of customer might damage a business. I hope this will help a lot when they check through.
