A Short Spring
Your warm hand,
Your gray hair,
Like an autumn day
In a hidden eye.
Call me again by my name,
Caress me in your rough way,
Send me a whisper from within you
And don't let me forget you.
I would have wanted
To give you more,
For spring to be longer
And the shutters of your house
To be more covered
By your smile.
