This is an illustrative drawing of people in severe pains and agony.
When those emotional pains and sufferings cannot be held back, they get poured out physically.

The drawing was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application using scribble style. Vertical strokes were introduced towards the finishing part to give it another feel. You can see my steps below:
