Drawing An Eye Glasses - Still Life Sketch

Today happens to be another interesting day as I grabbed my glasses to try another life drawing.

I always love it in a black and white version. So I placed it in a dim place with low light.

My first outline sketch was wrong so I had to clear it and start afresh. This time, I applied proportional lines without having to relying on only my eyes and mind.

A few reflect of light on the glasses were also applied.

This drawing was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. You can see my steps below:

It's great. Despite the simplistic details, there are some interesting ones like the reflection of the crosshatching. That is pretty cool. Also, I have glasses just like these.

When I stared, I thought it would be that easy but as I about to finish my outline sketch I realized I flopped there - you can check my first progress shot. Perhaps, it is because I was watching it from life instead of a phone's reference.
