Vouchers Getting An Update!
A few days ago Splinterlands officially discuss changes on vouchers. If you have not read about it you can see link here:

I have read and thought about the advantages and disadvantages. I conclude that it will be more of a benefit having the updates than not. Here me out.
The removal of liquidity pools with vouchers from third party sites into in game would control voucher rewards further. In my opinion this change has the least likely change to vouchers.
The direct into game transfer of vouchers but no out into third party sites make transfer of vouchers limited. This will cause the supply to shrink which can lead to higher prices. Although demand can also drop so this change is not fully the game changer we need with vouchers.
The 12.5% fee to transfer vouchers between players is game changer. This will force players who have bots to have to pay more upfront cost to get the 40 vouchers to play in wild league. The higher cost may push away the bots.
Removing discounts with the use of vouchers will make its soul purpose be used for qualifying to play in wild league.
All said it seems the updates with vouchers is more towards fighting against bots and luring players to stake more sps in order to earn the vouchers. As a whole gaining more focus use of vouchers and restricting it’s distribution outside of splinterlands will make its demand increase and may likely in turn price rise.
Until next time thanks for reading!!!
I have plenty of other cards for rent! Just go on peakmonsters and check out the market place and if you are curious what I offer here is a link:
I read the posts, but since I don't really plan to transfer, it doesn't seem to affect me. Unless withdrawing it from the game and sending it to hive-engine gets that fee too. Also, what is the plan for Wild pass if they remove the VOUCHERS from that or is that not happening?
I believe wild will still require 40 Vouchers to play per season. With the restrictions in vouchers in transfers it makes it challenging for users with bots to have multiple accounts play in wild.
