Splinterlands My Rewards Quick Review

It’s been more than a season since Splinterlands had converted from Collection power to staked sps for calculating rewards. I personally have not seen much of a difference in rewards distribution of the before and after, but will explain what I plan to do in the next few seasons.

Snapshot above was a couple of seasons prior to the update and below are the last couple of days rewards.

At a slightly increase in rewards now than in past seasons it feels good. However I have been staking more and more SPS along the way. Furthermore on the flip side my passive income in earning DEC through renting out cards have dramatically fallen in yields.

There are gives and takes with everything. In the rewards update I am earning more rewards but only by a slight margin better. The gains are offset by me yielding less in rentals.
