Splinterlands - Land Expansion Unveiling Continues..

Another proposal has arrived and this one is somewhat expected. Proposal #27 is related to the reward distribution for land 1.5. The part of land expansion where players actually use their land to start earning income.

I am assuming last proposal also related to rewards distribution for land 1.0 made an impact on players and hence less than 10% of all land now have yet to be surveyed. It was closer to 20% just a few days ago.

The new proposal I am predicting will likely continue to pull more land plots to active us. All this activity will lead to greater value for the game.

We can just see it in related assets such as Runis. The floor value of a Runi is on the rise. Below chart is based on ETH price.

Bottom line land plots that are still unsurveyed based value is rising also.

Conclusions

I have surveyed my (5) plots and purchased packages ready for 1.5 introduction. Meanwhile also accumulating DEC as once cards can be staked I will need a lot of DEC. The max I will need DEC stake is in the magnitude of 250k because its 50k per a plot. Scarcity in resources starting too show. From the prices of Runi and land plot to the potential of a lot of DEC removed from circulation it just seems inevitable for DEC to get back to peg and maybe go over that.
