Splinterlands End Of Season Rush…

We have one day left before the season ends and I have been busy lately with playing matches throughout the day. I am trying to hit diamond league before season ends.

Will I get there? I don’t know but I am giving a good shot. My chances of getting there will be difficult since I’m still stuck at gold II but I once I can get to the top of gold league I think I can complete the achievement.

My current ranking is nothing to brag about. I have been playing in silver league for past couple of seasons so have been adjusting to gold just this season. I also have been more selective on cards I use to play therefore increasing my odds of performing better.

My focus on the next 24 hours is the play enough to drain my energy bar to near zero. I am doing what ever other seasoned player is doing where it always appears near end of season the push for higher rank is easier. Why?

I believe it has to do with more player activity near the end as more accounts want to achieve the best end of season rewards. With more players there is greater chances of encountering easier matches. I continue to take this advantage near end of each season in hopes of obtaining greater amounts of end of seasons rewards.

Another benefit for pushing near end of season is that at beginning of each new season the matches are always challenging. I don’t know why exactly that is the case but first 24 hours of a season tends to be difficult maybe because of the exact opposite of end of the season. Where there are fewer players playing and hence encounter more top players as those often stay active the most.

In any case I got my work cut out as I need to keep playing but also winning to achieve Diamond. Will report back on the results tomorrow.
