Rules Meant To Be Changed in Splinterlands?

Recently price of Hive went running higher leading to price appreciation in DEC. In turn it has made cards in open market cheap as it takes less SEC purchase.

It remains to be seen if this trend can last?
I was trying to swap some hive for Dec but not quick enough. Will still be watching as I already have some Dec to buy cards.

Through discord discussions I overheard that Matt wants to readjust in game taxes of the grains being transferred from player to player. This has its prices and co a but to most it sounds like it’s a good thing since that will mean more grains to each individual. However players who have had put in the planning for the tax has now readjust their rewards accordingly. For those who are whales in the plot game it may effect them a lot.

They will need to account for future grains pulled that can help them build sps in lieu of getting excessive grains. The cost expense to have more grain also benefits Rhodes in the future further than current players as more grains can be accumulated.

The fact that rules in game can still be adjusted as time passes is concerning. What is to say taxes of transactions increases in the future?

Until next time thanks for reading!!!

It's interesting to hear that they want to readjust taxes, but it might be needed for game balance. All we can do is adapt but I am not in land, so it doesn't affect me.
