My Daily Splinterlands Rants

In the beginning of every season I have struggles in rank battles. It remains to be seen where I for once had a great start in the season. Overnight playing matches desperately trying to hit a daily goal and I could not get to it. I guess on the flip side the game is a challenge for me so as each new season approaches I always have something to look forward to trying to solve.

On my collection front I had passed over 50k of collection power in just Soul Bound reward cards alone. Very happy that I have achieved that. Yet on the other hand Gladius cards I remain slightly below the target of 50k collection power.

For those rumor feeling they earned a lot more Soul Bound cards in the beginning of its release I have proof! I been playing brawls for years and accumulated a lot of Gladius cases. Yet somehow I have now more Soul Bound cards in bcx and value than Gladius cards. Very interesting.

In the latest brawl I am currently playing Fray 6 which is my favorite in Alpha + Beta under silver league. In position for another reasonable record as I had nine battles with a current result of 3W and 1L. My guild overall is struggling a bit but I believe we will end up at a reasonable position considering only 1/3 of the battles have been counted. With less than 14 hours remaining in this current brawl we will see how this plays out very soon.

On the front of investing in the game with the latest updates I have decided to accumulate more SPS via liquidity pools in lieu of staking SPS for %APR. My main reason of doing that is we yield bigger percentage of SPS in liquidity pools.

Of course the drawback to partaking in liquidity pools is the potential impermanent loss and having to staking half the amount in a second token. In my case it is in DEC, but to me holding DEC until it hits par value is also a good investment. All in all I will stick to the pools for now and continue amassing daily SPS in hopes to maybe earn enough of a daily amount that is worth wild. It takes time and with latest news on transitioning from CP to SPS for earning rewards I feel the need to grow my SPS stash.
