DEC to Peg Soon? April 2023

In recent days we have a push with land 1.0 that is taking a lot of circulating DEC being exchanged for DEC-B.

At this time less than 75 million DEC-B remains with less than a week left to exchange. The demand for DEC-B is for real.

What is uniquely missing in one of the overall DEC in existence calculation had excluded all transfer to @null account.

Link above is direct transfers listed to @null and what is happening is that there has been a lot more DEC transfer into this account that initially calculated.

Furthermore marketplace usage of DEC has expanding to over 4 million DEC.

The actual DEC that is being removed from circulation was underestimated and hence now with accurate numbers display it is clear that the value of DEC is on the rise.

The current calculated total DEC in circulation is shrinking so quickly that just within the last five days more than 17% of the entire circulation of DEC has been removed!

Of course the rate of DEC removed from circulation can not be this quick once DEC-B is removed. However the potential of further increase in DEC price seems inevitable because we will still continue to see supply shrinking.

Great insight on the re-pegging of DEC and I wonder if this will have any effect also on SPS or if on that one new tokenomics mechanics need to be put in the game to strengthen its value and price. Having SPS hovering around $0.03 is nowhere to what the players are expecting...

I have seen many players convert their Dec to Dec-b in a couple of days, this surely increases the demand and takes the price up for sure.

I dropped by today to see if I could grab some DEC-B but they were all sold out. I guess I should have bought some when I had the chance but there isn't much I can do about it. I will probably use that to upgrade my cards instead. A ton of DEC got burned out from supply and I hope it will peg back soon.

Maybe there will be other kind of DEC exchange down the road? Either way even holding DEC isn’t bad with how it’s price is rising. !WINE !LOL
