Chaos Free Fall
There can be many factors as to why Chaos cards remain in the bottom of pricing that can only be beaten by Chaos rewards. The main flow of packs have ended for months yet secondary market remains surprisingly weak.
It currently costs less than two Hives for a Chaos pack and there are plenty of volume selling for under 3 hives. They supply maybe depleting soon.
As of today Splinterlands no longer has packs to distribute in chest rewards. This means less packs to sell. Then there is the factors of new Rebellion coming out which is likely forcing holders of Chaos to sell cheap to get liquidity.
There is also simply the fact that the current market is saturated with Chaos having close to 13 million packs in print and close to 10 million open.
The amount of packs in circulation is nearly the amount of all the other older series packs combined to ever printed! That says a lot about the current Chaos saturation.
It’s a tug of war right now between the factors bringing down Chaos and slow but yet sizable effects that could cause the set to rise in price. Whether it be the bottom remains to be seen but I personally have continue to invest in building a regular max set.
I have faith a bottom will form and the next best thing is only up. My as well continue to invest if this is truly near the bottom. Am I wrong?

I am a bit surprised to see Chaos Legion drop down so much. It makes me wonder what will happen to rebellion and whether or not that will follow the same trend. I guess printing too many chaos legion packs was a bad idea.
Definitely an oversupply of Chaos but rewards packs depleted so one less source of pack sales. I do think Splinterlands developers wise up and won’t flood market with Rebellions.
Chaos just had way too high of a print. We went from 1 million packs to 15 million packs and wonder why it got trashed lol. Sure it was good for making money for the company during the bull run but some how all of that money died up in a blink of an eye. I'll be curious how many rebellion packs we go. I'm honestly hoping not over 3 mill.
On the other hand people can jump into splinterlands with Choas packs for dirt cheap right now. Heck I might even pick up more myself to prep even more for land.
