TODAY'S MOTIVATION; Identify priorities in life and set goals for life
There are a lot of questions and thoughts that come to our mind when we start thinking about life priorities. As we think more carefully about these, the solutions begin to develop. The process is not linear and it is more of an iterative process.
First, we need to identify our values in life and write them down as a list. Then go through the list and rank them according to importance or priority in your life - this will help clarify what matters most to us in life, what are the most important things for success and happiness.
Many people know that they need to set goals, but few can articulate the steps necessary to set them.
What follows are five clear steps that will guide you through the process of setting goals.
1) Identify your priorities in life and the things you need to accomplish in order to be happy.
2) Define what constitutes success for you – what is success?
3) Create a timeframe for attaining your objectives.
4) Identify milestones along the way, celebrate successes and stay motivated by focusing on your goal as a whole rather than individual tasks.
5) Create an action plan that will help you achieve your goal and prioritize each task accordingly.
Goal setting refers to the process of setting goals and deciding what we want in life. It is the act of making and committing to an intention, or determining how we want our lives to turn out. Goals are things that we want to achieve in life.
What are goals?
A goal can be anything that you think is important or meaningful enough for you to pursue and work towards in your life. For example, having a good relationship with your children might be a personal goal for some people, whereas for others it might mean having a career that pays well.
A goal is something you've determined you want to do or attain by a specific time or date in the future.
The first step in setting goals is identifying what kind of goals you want to set. There are different types of goals that can be set. Some examples are life goals, career goals, and personal development.
The next step would be to define your goal in a very specific way so that it has a tangible endpoint or objective. You should write down the goal on paper and ask yourself: "What do I want to do?"

The first step is to analyze the values in your list. You should examine if you need to change some of them if they conflict with your current life priorities or goals.
The second step is to identify what are your current life priorities and goals. For that, you will have to complete The Life Priorities Worksheet. You will have to make a timeline for 3 years and set a priority every three months, select which part of your life you wish to focus on during that time.

As we grow up, we will find new priorities in life. One of the priorities is looking after our health. It's important to have a healthy lifestyle and keep ourselves in shape. When we look at the long term, it makes sense to try and put our health as a priority.
We should take time for ourselves and find some time to do activities that we enjoy in life. We can be more productive when our mental state is better so it's worth making that a priority too.
Another thing people can make a priority is their appearance. Make sure you take care of your skin, hair and nails so they look good but don't forget to do things that make you feel good too!
