LIFEE: It is important to know what you want in your life
Do you ever find yourself feeling swept along by the currents of life? Do you often lament being occupied during the day and unable to carve out time, for your desires? Have you ever wondered where others find the energy to take on many commitments? Perhaps in order to console yourself you might reason that they don't face the obligations as you do.. So you resume your bustling routine. Continue voicing grievances about your own life.
We all experience situations from time to time. Feeling unsatisfied with our work running out of energy putting things off and struggling with time management... These are challenges that many people face. The primary challenge we often encounter is finding a way to overcome obstacles. We then delve into approaches. Conduct experiments to discover what strategies suit us best.
How can I plan my time so that I can accomplish all my tasks? We try time management techniques one by one, but we are never successful. We resort to supplements to energize us while doing that task. We look for ways to avoid procrastination. But we can't find it...
In moments, like these it's important for us to constantly remind ourselves to have an understanding of our desires. Of fixating on finding the answer we should delve into the reasons, behind it.
Why am I losing energy? Why can't I accomplish what I want when my time flies by? Why am I procrastinating? It is not realistic to expect results without knowing why. When a person tries and tries and doesn't get results, he or she falls into despair, gives up and continues to "live" a life that does not satisfy him or her. Unenergized, unhappy, untimely, demotivated...
However, when you know what you really want, what kind of life you want to live, the picture completely changes and becomes clearer. Here are the indicators that you know what you want:
You take steps more enthusiastically to achieve what you want.
You don't run out of energy while doing it, on the contrary, you are energized.
You see more clearly what you don't want and you start to say "No" more easily if it doesn't serve your purpose.
Your time management becomes easier. While you used to try to catch up on everything that serves or does not serve your purpose, now you prioritize the ones that will achieve your goal and allocate more time.
Your procrastination habit is atrophying. Either you do it with more enthusiasm, or even if you are not so enthusiastic, you act towards doing it somehow because you know the result it will bring you.
You seize opportunities more easily. You start to see the possibilities that will lead you to the life you want and you make your choices accordingly. You don't settle for less. This leads to a life of fulfillment and true happiness.
