How can I overcome my anger and depression?

Firstly, depression and anger are two different things and both need to be conquered in two different ways.

To Conquer Depression:

Socialize and talk to people: Talk to your close ones and discuss what’s bothering you or what’s going on in your mind. As we share things with someone, we immediately feel a little lighter. So, please communicate with people.

Practice Yoga and Breathing Exercises: Yoga and breathing exercises are not only good for your physical health, but they are also good for your mental health. Yoga and breathing exercises help to release stuck and blocked energies in your body, which eventually makes you feel lighter and happier in life.

Count your blessings: Counting your blessings is one of the best ways to stay happy and positive in life.
