Making homemade fried chicken even more delicious🤤🥰

I hope you are fine wherever you are and today I will share and want to show you how I make homemade fried chicken, this chicken is left over from yesterday which I bought because there was a lot so I saved some so today too I don't know what to cook, so I just made fried chicken. Besides, my husband also likes fried chicken, so it was perfect for me to make it straight away this afternoon.

First, I have to make crushed spices, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste, red chilies and green chilies, cayenne pepper according to taste. Sometimes you want it to be spicier, add lots of cayenne pepper, but because I have children, it's normal, not too much. spicy, sorry for my child and I immediately cooked it until cooked.

Next, I took two packets of the flour that I had bought and I put it in and added a little water and mixed it together

I heated the oil first and immediately fried it until it was cooked and ready to be removed because the color was brown and the chicken was tender.

And I also mash it first with a tool which we call a capah or mortar, so that my chicken is crispier and tastier, plus it's tender, this is what people call geprek chicken.

The fried chicken that I make with geprek spices tastes delicious and delicious, I make it at home because I can't afford to buy it, right now the economy is so tight, so I just make it myself at home, it's tastier and crispier, it can't be beat with the ones that are sold in the market, trying to make your own food is more delicious.
