A few days ago I went home to my in-laws because there was a need. When I wanted to go home, I was given one banana filling so I could fry banana chips, but when I got home I felt lazy because only one filling made my hands dirty when I wanted to fry chips, but Because the bananas are already ripe, I would throw them away so I suggest just making fried bananas.

I took a knife and I peeled the banana first and then I cut it into pieces like this because I was going to make fried bananas

Chop the red onion so it smells better and I add the sticky rice flour that I have at home.

To make the kriuk crispier, I also added one egg and added enough water until the flour was thick, not too runny.

I also took the banana that I had prepared and put it in the flour, I wanted to be able to fry it.

Turning on the stove over medium heat until the oil is hot, I took a banana that I had coated with flour, then put it in the pan and fried it.

I have to wait a moment and turn it over so that the color is the same and I'm sure my fried banana is cooked and ready, I will, it tastes delicious and very crunchy, perfect for relaxing with the family while enjoying crunchy fried banana, especially homemade at home. The best thing is, the kids like having snacks at home and they can go back and forth to enjoy them. I also feel very happy to be able to make something for my beloved family.
