Cooking water pumpkin that is appetizing when eating it with white rice

On this occasion I will share with you my cooking recipe, namely water pumpkin, which I included in my beloved family's lunch menu with a super delicious Acehnese fatty sauce. , cooking is a pleasure in itself for me because I like cooking, moreover my child's appetite makes me even more enthusiastic about cooking, a mother will do the best for her family, and today I want to share with you some photos and how to do it. it's easy to cook and tastes delicious, the water gourd that I picked I have my own plantation so I don't need to buy any more, just pick it whenever I want. Well, let's see how to cook a delicious fatty sauce that will whet your appetite.
Ingredients
- Water gourd
- Grated coconut
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Turmeric
- Cayenne pepper
- starfruit acid
- coriander
First I puree the ingredients with a blender, add a little water and blend and I have to wait a while until the spices are very smooth.
I took a water gourd that I had cut according to my taste, then washed it and put it in the pan that I had prepared and sprinkled a little salt so that it soaked into the gourd and added the ground spices that I had pureed earlier. pan and fill the pumpkin in one half.
I added enough water to the grated coconut and squeezed it until the coconut milk came out then strained it into a small container.
After that, I took enough coconut milk and put it in a pan containing pumpkin water and ground spices.
And after everything is cooked, we reduce the heat to medium and stir until the mixture is even so that the spices are mixed and we wait until the pumpkin is completely cooked and ready. We turn off the fire and serve it to our beloved family.
This is the result of my cooking from water pumpkin which is super delicious and cooking is not complicated, easy and fast, we can cook water pumpkin, many people like it because it tastes good for those who like it, but usually I cook it with fat. the sauce is like this, sometimes I just skip it. Depending on the weather, this is my typical Acehnese dish and the taste is second to none, a must try.
