On this occasion I will tell you a little about my activities, because I think sharing stories is very fun and I like it, don't forget to always be there. and be grateful for everything we have now and in the future, where friends always support me, whatever the problem is, it remains a good priority, okay, today I will share some photos and also my cooking recipes which hopefully will make and whet the appetite you as a family. Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken
  • 1 coconut
  • Purple onion
  • Cardamom
  • Dried star anise
  • Cinnamon
  • Koja bay leaves
  • Curry seasoning

I have prepared everything I need to make my dish, and I bought the ground spices at the store because I didn't have all the ingredients at home so I bought enough, I put salt in the container that contains the chicken and I also put spices on the chicken so that be done faster.

I have grated the coconut and I get the coconut milk by adding a little water and squeezing it so that the coconut milk comes out and I also uncover the strainer so that no coconut gets on my chicken.

After adding the coconut milk to the container containing the chicken, I kept stirring so that the spices were evenly distributed and absorbed into the part of the chicken that I was going to cook, so that the chicken would be delicious and delicious when my dear family prepared it. I would eat later.

And these are the ingredients that I will sauté first so that they are more fragrant and tempting to taste. First I will heat the oil and put it in the pan and fry it for a while.

Since the color is already brown and the aroma is also very appetizing, I continue adding the chicken that I have stirred evenly with the spices as you have here until it boils, then I add the coconut milk again so that it is easy for us to stir and it will be a little of sauce when we eat it with white rice.

Then add the coconut milk to taste, wait until it boils and the chicken is very tender, if the sauce is a little dry and the chicken is soft because I have cooked it until it is cooked and the dish is ready. I will serve it with my family, especially since my first child really likes chicken.

I would love to be able to cook na every day or make fried chicken, but since I can't buy it because the price is quite expensive, I just do it. Buy it from time to time, because my son asks for it, and this is the result of my cooking today, super delicious chicken curry. You should try mine too.
