Hello Hivers💕💘,

In agricultural mindset we also have so many sections of the farm which will always bring back good memories even on the farm which I will call the Herbalife aspect of the agricultural mindset. This herbalife aspect of the farm is purposely to ensure that the individual consume natural tea plant as herb. Sometimes ago before my grandma from my dad's side was dead she always say a lot of things about consuming green plant naturally even as soup or tea. So it goes a very long way even for her as an elderly woman and I learnt a lot of things before our departure. Which also I will bring to our notice at this point in time. Although I always take it twice or three times in a week and my household but this moment I like to share us the secrets and our it has been done.

First and foremost you need to believe in nature before it works for you very well. And this is not a charm but your natural belief in nature and leaves that's all. There are so many people who always testify to the greatness of taking leaves in a natural way. So I will take us through what I did here so that some people can get into it and use it wisely. The first thing I did was to locate this particular set of plant which are Bitter leaves, The Miracle Leaves, and the Moringa leaves after I sourced for them one after the other I had to separate them and also check the leaves if they are really edible for cooking and for consumption.

It is one thing to see that the leaves are very healthy and can serve this purpose which is meant for. Or on the another hand you need to check the leaves the branches if they are green enough. So I packed the leaves together as Shown.

  • This is the miracle leaf as it is being called by many throughout the world although it will also have its own special names. Some people also called it Ewe Olube in Yoruba language.

It can grow up anywhere in as much as you have a very good and healthy soil which can mantle growing of crops naturally. All what you need to do is to uproot the plant which is called the miracle plant with the root as it is shown in the pictures.

Before this plant can be used you also need to sort it out one after the other because it's always come in mixture with other plant. So when you see the plants you also approach mixture of different plants or weed so it is highly necessary you sort it out before you can completely use it for tea preparation or any herbal tea mixture.

This is another type of leaf which is called the bitter leaf. When you are making your mixture it can be used alone likewise you can mix it with another type of plants as it is being used in this particular post. Its does a lot of wonders and healing to so many parts of the body. Practically when you use it a alone it works. When you use it with other plants it also works better.

In this case you may use just few leaves whereas, if you have the opportunity to fetch more leaves it is also acceptable. So it depends on you whichever way you want it. When only you need the tea, it must be done in a minimal way but when you are many you have had more leaves.

In my own case I prefer to you and more leaves so that it will find more literate extraction from the original tea mixture.

The next plant I also gathered is the moringa plant or leave. It is very known throughout the world as what just like some other type of plants we have here in the west African Nigeria and in so many part of the world. So moringa also does a lot of good cleansing and body repair and many more. So it is equally good to have this as mixture of herbal tea.

I was also privileged to have days seed pod also around the moringa tree I saw. So I took all the effort to fetch the seed pod as well. The seed pod alone also add more to the nutrient naturally.

This is when the whole mixture was done and prepared. The next thing I did was to again watch this leaves one after the other and I also make sure that it was well washed thoroughly I mean. The main purpose is also to eradicate dirt, insects and larvae, eggs which may be contacted naturally on the plant. After I separated them I started washing them thoroughly as shown.

The next thing I also did was to wash the miracle leaf first at the top which is the leaves and stem. Followed by the root of the plant. At this stage it is recommended that you wash it thoroughly or else your Herbal tea ☕☕ will be exhibiting more of small stone in it.

IMG_20240130_094054_381.jpg

After washing the leaves one after the other you must use a very clean water to rinse it over and an over again it is highly necessary.

This was when everything was added inside the pot. Ready for cooking thoroughly. It must be cooked or boiled for at least 25 to 30 minutes for good results.

When it 30 minutes exactly you off the source of light be it on the cooker or a gas cooker or electric cooker or coal pot. Keep it somewhere so as for it to cool off. Then you add a little portion into a cup you drink in the morning then in the evening at night. It may look extremely bitter but yes it does a lot of work.

Amazing post! I totally agree, we need to believe in nature and that is part of the cure. So, Ewe Olube is the Yoruba name for the Moringa plant?

I also really liked the images of all the roots and leaves stewing in the pot, just beautiful. Love it all and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all!
