The Survival Routine Skills And Techniques For Most African Farmers || The Mixed Cropping System Practices 🌱🌿🌱
Hello Hivers 💕💘,
Battling with all kinds of planted crops at this season may end up being a mixed cropping system and the reason being that nowadays farmer went to utilise every bit of their agricultural land in one way or the other because there are other crops that can survive with a crop initially planted. just like in case of cassava and maize when you first of all plant maize you leave it for a couple of weeks already grown up before you now Plants your cassava stem.
Doing this we end up in a very good results because there will be less competition on the same nutrients. I went to this particular Farm near my own residential house where be planted two crops and they are doing great at the moment although there are more chances of some kind of cattle to feed on the crop because in one way or the other the herdsmen do com and pass the farm every other day.
with the look of things you can absolutely say this over and over again that the cassava plantation is doing great excellently well. When I moved from one extreme end to another I was very amazed with the kind of work I saw at the moment. Farm is never an easy job because you need to keep wedding and also observe your planted crops one by one in order to see how far they will grow.
The mixed cropping is all over. when you visit one form or the other you see all kinds of beautiful crops planted in a mixed section or arrangement. It is a very good deal but you need to be extremely careful in order not to waste your effort at the end of the planting season.

With the way things are in Africa, Nigeria especially, everything is for survival. Farming too! On another note, it shows how we can maximize stuffs. I did this exact thing with my Aunty in her farm. Cassava, maize snd watermelon I guess. The watermelon didn't survive this survival routine.
You plant to Survive. You read to Survive. You communicate to Survive. That is how it is now my brother.
