Someone once ask me this question on discord channel and my response was that we have different types of eggplant and I cited so many examples that we have given here in Africa precisely in Nigeria. So in order to buttress my point I needed to go with some photography section which will be of great help and assistance to whosoever is also interested in this type of article or who is thinking of asking the same type of question from anyone else. Here in Nigeria we have four types of eggplant and it's very visible. The eggplant are very edible as well. Although it has some little kind of explanation for this.

TYPES OF EGGPLANT.

in some part of the world they might have different species of eggplant but here in Nigeria with the research I made and also with experimental sampling even in market I find out that these three types of eggplants are purple eggplant, the white eggplant, which is also the medium size, we have the white eggplant as well which is also the biggest size and lastly we have the green eggplant. This are does I have physically seen and also I've done my experimental sampling with them.

I was going to the farm to carry out some minor operations such as weeding on the farm when I saw this truck pusher pushing around this particular species of eggplant. This particular eggplant is under category of the medium size eggplant. This can be consumed directly without any negative effect or repercussion whatsoever. so you can also use this type of eggplant as a source for your Bread or Yam* or potatoes or cocoyam it all goes for good.

it is very easy to consume even when you want to use it as a very good combination with cocoyam or potatoes. all what you need is to buy this particular eggplant within a short period of time like 5 to 8 minutes then you keep it in one side then prepare your pepper sauce inside a very moderate frying pan. Then you pour it and mix it together but before then, you might have remove the outer coat of the eggplant before you start to mix it together with the pepper sauce.

• In this present time when the rain is still in progress we have a lot of fruits and food in mass. although some people do not make very effective use of the rainy season and also the dry season. The rainy season we have different types of food coming out fresh and edible so as human you need to exclusively experiment other types of food or fruit to keep you more healthy.
