Progressing into the Weeding aspect of the farming activities which is highly necessary simply because wherever you go as a farmer you need to be aware that the farming weeding activities must be done twice in a week for good and great production. I could remember when I was in the university doing my project on Crops because we had a lot of project topic at first on both animal and on crops which makes me to have a very big bold mind to always get busy on what aspect of farming activities. All my project mate are always on the farm doing one thing or the other which I also want a lot from them. just take for instance the mulching aspect of farming.

• You can uproot the weeds from the down root of it or just a little cut of the grasses. It is highly recommended that way to help the mulching survive more better as long as 4-5 months.

This mulching is highly important simply because it always show more progression in farming activities which so many people will see and conclude how good you are or at your best rate as individual farmer. I always love to show a lot of concern when it comes to Farming itself. At the moment I did the mulching on fluted pumpkin. All the pumpkin is one of the best green vegetables we have in in Nigeria and also in Africa. So we need to mulch the root in other for us to get a very good produce in terms of leaf formation. These and the process I took when I did my own mulching. We may have other ways of practicing this method but this was how I did mine.

• After I made up my mind to weed and use this as an alternative for mulching again , you can use any type of weed around you to mulch, it doesn't really mean you make use of the type of weed I used here. Any type of grass or weed is allowed.

After I finished the step, I also made sure that the weight is very heavy in order to reduce the rate at which the sun penetrate the down soil of the Fluted Pumpkin. The essence of doing the mulching Practices.

I added the weeds around the bottom neck of the plant as shown. It is a very good safe method in making a he mulching to survive more better.

• This was my finished pictures I took after the mulching was done properly. I would have loved to added some soil on it to press it down but there is no need for that here because its a mobile Seedbed farming techniques.
