Hello Hivers πŸ’•πŸ’˜,

This method of harvesting is one of the oldest method and tips of harvesting MAIZE 🌽🌽 I have ever known in harvesting this type of crops and also the method of utilising the maize plant after harvesting the fully matured maize from the main plant. We have several methods of harvesting which also depend on individually or in terms of group of community. This was how my late dad always harvest and also utilize so many things even on the farm. When you want to harvest a maize, you touch it he main fruity part of the maize so well and press it well to be able to identify whether it is fully mature.

  • Also after harvesting the main fruits on the tree. You cut down the waste part of the plant. In my own case after cutting it to the soil I utilise the waste wrap it Up and use it to feed my rabbit. Nothing is a waste trying as much as possible to utilise the waste even on the farm is what is called creativity for me. I showed us some pictures of how it was being done perfectly well.

Cutting the stalk halfway to the soil May end up being dangerous to human health. In a practically speaking manner you need to cut it down below the soil surface. When you do this you have taken away so many risk even on the farm mere walking.

Rabbit is one of the animals that is very fragile even when it is fully matured so you need to be extremely careful when handling and raising up the animal in a cage or even on the floor. This also has so many ways of keeping them safe depending on individual choices.

The best method I use when trying to feed my rabbit is that I always use any type of leaf as experiments to them by showing them if they will like to consume it. And if the experiment is positive then I will equal leave give them the plants or leaf or fruit or food waste.

  • This was when the MAIZE 🌽🌽 stalk was being given to the rabbit πŸ‡πŸ°πŸ‡ at once. It is very safe for them to consume and eat. The digestive system of the rabbit πŸ‡πŸ°πŸ‡ is more Matured to consume this type of plant. Not for the smaller ones thou.

Using this type of plant is not too common to feed the rabbit πŸ‡πŸ°πŸ‡ but when you get them, its absolutely safe for adults rabbit.

Your observations is also needed for the first timer or users. When you are practically using this for the very first time, you need to step aside and wait patiently for some quick reactions from your animals to see if they will jump on the plant and eat quickly.

  • I have been using this for a while now and the results recorded from it is extremely positive for others to use. But be careful and caution yourself.
