In agricultural mindset you will always learn new things everyday. This equally means that you should be ready to assimilate and to render much more knowledge to people so that one after the other they will be knowledge earn to motivate others gradually. When I was in the university I was exposed to a lot of agricultural activities and this alone I assimilated them even though there was a lot of challenges financially and mentally. That was when I lost my dad so I had to differ my academic section for a year. So that is on the part of nature. So I started learning one thing or the other to bring in more creativity into agriculture. And I started agriculture as a child.

Being a child, I was able to learn from my late dad so many steps on how to cater for plants and animals. Even though I thought I was extremely small but gradually I began to learn faster with my younger Brothers. What I would like to say in this aspect is that there is no age you cannot introduce what you do to your child or to your children. The age that will find ourselves today knowledge shared is never a waste. There are so many skills I learnt regarding animal production which I will always be sharing it I want to find the other as time progresses. So thats knowledge is what I also introduced to my own kids at this tender age. The way at which the World is going now you need to carry along your children with your professional work or career so that you can really enjoy the fullest in them as their creativity at the early stage.

• These are some of the pepper plant sections which we have on the farm. at this point in time we always need to visit the farm to harvest regularly so that we can retain the parent plant. There is one thing about harvesting of crops immediately after you sight the very riped ones.

You will need to harvest immediately you see that there is much more very ripe pepper. This has always been the rules and regulation individually. When I was in the university the rate at which a lot of people,farmers trooped in into agriculture to plant all kinds of green vegetables, chilli peppers, yam, potato, cassava was really amazing. And as at that time I also learned a lot about agriculture too. That is why you need to practice any form of knowledge you have or skills so that

For any progress to take place you need to carry along your kids just like in the case of an artist or a singer. When you get to your studio and also take along your kids in one way or the other they will be inspired by what you think or what you do if you are a dancer as well. So whenever I get to the farm and also take along the kids so that even with our discussions they will also learn and also ask questions, in as much as I am ready available to help them out.

Take for instance, when we got to the farm the kids were eager to do a lot of activities that will please them and also bring more fun to them. All I know is that even with the fun on the farm they are having they are as well assimilating a lot of knowledge which will be extremely useful for them in the nearest future.

All I do is that in a particular task are introduced it to my kids. The weeding aspect is not exceptional. Even though I also source for their own individual hoes they use for the task. When you are ready to impact the full knowledge into your kids it should be done to the fullest. So the harvesting was done one after the other and also in progression.

I am always happy to see the improvement on them while we are on the farm. Even though I do some less talk, they already know what to do when we reach the Aspect at this early stage. I learnt a lot while I was growing up like I said. All what they are doing right now is about privilege. So many people are also willingly to teach their children all kinds of profession but not yet. this will serve as a motivation for everyone to learn and also to be there for your children knowledgewise.
